Proof of Age
Entry to live music events is 14+ unless otherwise stated. Entry to club nights is 18+ unless otherwise stated.
We only accept the following ID as proof of age: valid passport, driving license, home office approved ID cards with the ‘PASS’ hologram on. Please note, you must bring the original document as we can not accept photocopies.
It is a criminal offence to purchase alcohol for someone under the age of 18. People caught purchasing alcohol for people under 18 (or who cannot prove they’re over 18) will be asked to leave the venue without refund.
No professional cameras (with large or detachable lenses), video cameras or tape recorders are permitted in the venue. Should you be found to have these on arrival, you will be asked to either take them back to somewhere safe or deposit them in the cloakroom. Small cameras and smartphones are permitted unless otherwise stated.
Please be courteous when filming/taking photos at music events. Nobody wants to see a sea of phones all night, and please do not use flash.

The Live Rooms has limited seating, available on a first-come, first-served basis. However, if you require seating for medical reasons, we will be happy to provide you with seating on the night – please get in touch with us via one of the contact methods above to arrange this.
Disabled Access & Carers
We believe in equal opportunities for people with disabilities and have taken steps to ensure their experience at our venues is as good as possible. The Live Rooms is accessible and wheelchair friendly. We also offer a free personal assistant pass per ticket holder, which can be booked directly with the venue. Carer ticket holders should be able to meet the needs of, and assist, the person they are accompanying at the event. Lighting & Effects
Many of the events at The Live Rooms use strobe lighting and smoke effects. If you have concerns regarding this, please contact the venue in advance or speak to the manager on the night.
Noise & Sound Levels
Earplugs are available free of charge from the bar. Please speak to the bar staff on the night should you require some.
